Terms and conditions

PAYMENT POLICY : To guarantee your reservation and schedule your experience, 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking, after receiving our confirmation email with the respective payment details.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payments by bank transfer and cash are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations of reservations made will be accepted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience.

REFUND POLICY : If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the start of your experience, we will refund the full amount paid for the reservation. However, if cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION PROCESS : To cancel a scheduled experience, you must contact our customer support by email (info@naturexperiece.pt) or WhatsApp (+351 913959659) and provide the details of your booking (name under which the experience was booked / which experience was scheduled / telephone number and email)

EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS: Naturexperience reserves the right to cancel experiences without prior notice in cases of adverse weather conditions, or any other situation that jeopardizes the safety of the activity, its clients and instructors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or your experience will be rescheduled, according to your preference.

IMAGE POLICY: By participating in activities organized by Naturexperience, the customer agrees that images (photos and videos) may be captured during the activities and used by the company for promotional, advertising, and communication purposes across various media, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising materials. If the customer does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must inform the Naturexperience team before the activity begins.
